I have heard back from a couple people that came to my party and has since been inspired.  Both of them have basically said they have been searching for recipes all the over the internet and have found some great new recipes to make.  One even said she has got her picky husband to actually try avocados and he loves them now.

The party was wonderful!  I have never cared for avocados until NOW!!

Linda helped us all prepare an amazing guacomole. It was delicious w/the tortilla chips.  We all made taco salads too!!  The chip clips were great and I used my coupon the very next day!!

 I had a great party!!! We also carved pumpkins since it is "that time of year";)

I was very surprised that a majority of my guests were new to Avocados!!

 I think that they all were surprised with all of the great dishes that could be made with them...and Avocados are so healthy!!!

 I enjoyed passing out coupons and chip clips and the food was awesome.

 Our Avocado Macaroni and Cheese was enjoyed at the party and i am looking forward to serving it again;)

Everyone had a great time! Most importantly, everyone was surprised by the many dishes avocados can be incorporated into...especially desserts. The avocado ice cream and avocado cheesecake were huge hits!

I did not use my gift card that was enclosed as I did not open my package until the night before the party. I had already purchased everything. Does the gift card go to waste if I do not use it on Avocados? I have not tried using it.

I've been trying for several days to upload the photos from my party on House Party, but for some reason I don't get the option to Browse for pictures on any of my computers.  Sometimes when I hit "upload", I see the "Loading" message, but it never actually loads the picture uploader tool.  Other times, that side of the webpage is totally blank and it's not even trying to load the picture uploader.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Is there something I need to download to be able to use this feature?

We made the avocado pizza at my party and it was delicious!!  We had such a great time, and everyone was excited to get the coupons and other goodies!!!  Did anyone else try the pizza??  Did you love it??

Anyone else have problems with stores not accepting the .50 coupon?  I was told it did not say manufactures coupon on it so they would not accept it.

I plan on contacting Acocados from Mexico and letting them know of the situation.

had  agreat time at the arty served up 5 different avocado dips and had tacos and gucamole and a wonderful recipe with corn and avocado lemon and red onion cilantro which was a major hit. First party and we all had a great time.

I made smoked turkey ,swiss cheese and avocado paninnis that were hit! I cut them into finger sandwiches for our guest .We also served fresh guacamole, seven layer dip,and a wonderful black bean sasla with the avacados in it with chips. I kept the crock pot going for the game and set up a self serve bar with taco soup with sides of fresh diced avacados on the side as well as tortilia chips and sour cream to garnish. I think everyone had a great time and it was very easy all make ahead items so I could relax and enjoy the party.

This was my first party and it turned out to be a huge hit.  I thought there was going to only be about 12 coming and it turned into 19.  Luckily I made a ton of food.  They all raved about everything.  We had a mexican themed party.  Nachos, guac, quesadillas, avocado dip for veggies, taco salad and chicken and avocado stuffed enchiladas with a cream sauce.  Everyone used to have me bring guac to all gatherings, now I am sure they will request others.  I made gift bags for the chip clips and coupons.  Then last minute on Sat morning I decided to take all the recipes of the foods I had made and turned them into little cookbooks I threw in the giftbags.  When I get back in town on Friday I will have to put up the pictures.  The food even looked amazing.

I have to say it was fun to host my first party. Everyone loved the food and learned new ways to use avocados. We even tried the deviled egg verson but with avocados. I even found out later that some of my guest went and signed on to house party so that was nice to know they enjoyed it.

We had a great time at our Avocado party! We had quac & chips, avocado and chicken quesadillas, and chicken & black bean burritos with avocado slices. We played games and had great conversation. This was my first house party and I can't wait to do another one.

We had a great time, everyone enjoyed to dishes,  Favorite was the Mini Empanadas with Avocado Dip.  My neighbors all went home with chip clips and coupons.  Thank you Houseparty.com :)

Creative recipes made a great dinner and fun day!  We had gaucamole and chips (of course!), then mango, avocado, walnut salad, chicken avocado enchiladas, sundried tomato and avocado pizza, avocado corn salsa with scallops, avocado ice cream with chocolate chip walnut coconut  avocado cookies!  Great food, great party favors and good time by all!  Thanks for the gift card, coupons and clips/tray!

Well, on any given day I love Avocados as do most of my family. I had never really thought about asking my friends if they did too until this came along.

They came over in the afternoon chatted and hooted and hollered at the football (yes, football instead of baseball) game...Dallas Cowboys...and had a great time

I made some of my guacamole as a football game snack and it was amazing how quick it was gone. One of my friends and I had to run to the store with the coupons everyone donated and we bought some more....10 more to be exact, so I could make some more guac. Let's say it was a hit.

For dinner we had chicken and rice with Avocados and tomatoes on the side. It was good too. I was going to make something more elaborate but I had some picky eaters in the house and trying to please everyone.

Beside my family, 2 more families showed up with their kids so there ended up being 14 people here watching the football game and yelling at Tony Romo...and cheering for Miles Austin when he ran for the final touchdown.

Good game. Good eats. Good time!
