We would decorate and create different health & weight loss displays with decorative sweet treat kinds of napkins and plates. We'd plan some fun activities around weight loss tips and tricks, and maybe get the party goers up and moving with some silly and easy exercises. I'd also tell my own Weight Watchers success story and how sweet treats can still be party of a healthy weight loss plan when you follow the Points Plus guidelines. Our entire family has enjoyed the recipes and suggestions for healthy eating, and we're excited about sharing them with our friends and family because it has worked so well for us.
