Ingredients:

1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

Directions:

MIX ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
SERVE with RITZ Toasted Chips or Tortilla Chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Yield:

Makes 3 cups or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

yes add meat to it, its called hungry man dip or you can cooke some sausage like the one they use on pizza and yummmmmmmmyy!!

If you add some chopped meat after you cook it into it, wow it is so delicious....

Double this recipe & then add 1lb of taco meat. Another variation, is to add sausage instead of taco meat.

i have also made this before with the hamburger meat. this one though sounds a lot better..not too big of a fan for hamburger meat. i make it for my family.. they like it. i will have to try this one.
