Try these great Ways to Spray Pasta

I use it on my toast. I have been able to lose 20lbs by omiting butter. I also use ICBINB to fry my eggs and zucchini.

Oh, this is an awesome Idea, You could probably use it to spray all sorts of things, I will probably get carried away, I just love the flavor.
