Watch We the People on Houseparty
Learn about how to watch We the People on Houseparty this Friday at 7:00pm EDT!
What is We the People
People are ready for change and looking for a way to personally take action, but often don’t know where to start. We need trusted voices to guide and educate us in these difficult times.
ØPUS United presents We The People, a series of conversations that advance the dialogue around race in America with prominent BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) voices in business, media, music and entertainment.
We created the Houseparty app to bring empathy to online communication, and we need that sentiment right now more than ever.
Tune in this Friday, June 26 at @ 7:00pm EDT on Houseparty to watch We The People. Van Jones, our host, will be joined by Elaine Welteroth, former Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, Jemele Hill, Writer for The Atlantic, rapper / songwriter, Killer Mike, and Lil Baby, gifted hip hop musician. Van Jones will host a series of conversations on how to combat systemic racism across media, culture, entertainment, and sports.
